Wire electrical discharge machine (WireEDM) uses a metallic wire to cut or shape a work piece, often a conductive material, with a thin electrode wire that follows a precisely programed path. Cut material thickness .001 “-15.0” to a .0001: tolerance. Can achieve high levels of precision and accuracy in the final product. Can cut any conductive material such as steel, titanium, aluminum, tungsten carbide, brass, alloy and superalloys.
Water Jet Cutting capacity is 5 ft. x 10 ft. x 6″ thickness. Cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water mixed with an abrasive material such a garnet, to cut a wide range of materials into various shapes and lengths.
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is a manufacturing process that uses computerized controls to guide machine tools in removing material from a workpiece to create precise, custom-designed parts. We have up to date technological and skilled programmers to run our (6) CNC mills and (3) CNC lathes. The Mills have a max capacity of 20″ x 60″ and the lathes have a capacity of 27″ x 120″. We have both manual and CNC turning and boring.
Our Machinists are trained with skills & knowledge to create tools, parts and objects by operating milling and drilling machines, grinders and lathes. We have manual lathes as well as the newer modern machines, to complete projects.
We offer Migl Tig/ Stick & Spot welding of various materials including steel, stainless and aluminum. Shear material 10 ft x ó” thick and Press brake 10 ft x 1/4” thick.
We have stock of various sizes of material, including steel, stainless and aluminum. Angle and various sizes tubing (round, square & rectangle) and sheets. Call for availability. Material can be cut or sheared to your needs.
